She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, demonstrating her analytical and scientific background. She furthered her education with a Master of Science degree in Isotope Geochemistry from the University of Maryland, showcasing her proficiency in complex analytical processes and research methodologies.
